OKRs

Turn strategy into results you can see.

Set objectives at the company level, cascade them to teams and people, and watch key results update as delivery moves. The agent tells you which ones are drifting before the quarterly review does.

The problem it solves

What changes with OKRs.

Set company objectives, cascade them to teams, and track key results as the work moves.

  • Without OKRs: Goals live in a slide deck nobody opens after kickoff.

With WrkOS OKRs: Company, team and personal OKRs live in one place everyone can see.

  • Without OKRs: Progress is a number someone types in the day before the review.

With WrkOS OKRs: Key results update from the sprints and standups behind them.

  • Without OKRs: You find out a goal is off track when the quarter ends.

With WrkOS OKRs: The agent flags drifting key results while there’s still time to act.

Features

What you can do with OKRs.

What each part does, what it looks like, and how it helps.

Objectives that cascade

Write a few company objectives with measurable key results. Teams and individuals create their own OKRs underneath and link them to yours, so the whole tree is visible.

How it helps you

Everyone sees how their work connects to the plan, and you can spot goals that no team owns.

  • Company, team and individual levels
  • Team objectives linked to company goals
  • An owner on every key result
01 · OKRs

Key results connected to the work

Link a key result to the sprints, issues or standup check-ins that move it. As that work moves, progress updates without anyone retyping it.

How it helps you

Check-ins reflect real delivery instead of optimism, and nobody maintains a spreadsheet.

  • Key results linked to Agile work
  • Check-ins collected through standups
  • Progress history across the quarter
02 · OKRs

Confidence and risk flags

Owners record their confidence at each check-in. The agent watches confidence, progress and blockers together, and flags key results that are drifting with the reason why.

How it helps you

You hear about a goal at risk weeks before the quarterly review, while you can still change course.

  • Confidence scores on every check-in
  • AI risk flags with the reason
  • Owners alerted when a goal drifts
03 · OKRs

Planning and reviews in one place

Draft next quarter’s OKRs, score the last ones and keep the notes and decisions next to the goals. Permissions decide who sees each objective.

How it helps you

Reviews become a short conversation about decisions, because the data is already in the room.

  • Quarterly planning and reviews
  • End-of-quarter scoring
  • Permissions per objective

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else? Talk to the team or email hello@wrkos.com.

We’ve never run OKRs. Is WrkOS a good place to start?

Yes. Start with two or three company objectives and add team OKRs as you go. If you want help designing them, our solution partners run OKR setup workshops.

How does progress update on its own?

Link a key result to Agile issues, sprints or standup check-ins. When that work moves, the key result’s progress and history update. You can still check in by hand.

Can some OKRs be private?

Yes. Permissions are set per objective, so sensitive goals are visible only to the people who need them.

Which plan includes OKRs?

Every WrkOS app, including OKRs, is available on the free Personal plan. Core is $8 per user per month with a 14-day free trial and no credit card, and adds unlimited workspaces, advanced analytics and priority support.
