Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), and similar laws in other US states. It applies to personal information collected by Deliverables Agency FZCO (“WrkOS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through https://wrkos.com and the WrkOS application.

1. We do not sell or share your personal information

WrkOS does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors only to operate the Service, under contracts that restrict their use of it, as described in our Privacy Policy. These disclosures are not a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA.

2. Your right to opt out

Even though we do not sell or share personal information, you may still submit a request to opt out. If our practices change in the future, we will honour your request and will not sell or share your personal information unless you later give us permission.

3. How to submit a request

You can opt out in either of these ways:

• Email: send a request to hello@wrkos.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, including your name and the email address associated with your account, if any.
• Global Privacy Control: turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser or extension. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser.

You do not need to create an account to submit a request. We will act on opt-out requests as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them.

4. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.

5. Your other privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct or delete it; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@wrkos.com. We will verify your identity before responding to requests to know, access, correct or delete, and respond within the time the law requires.

6. Non-discrimination

We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
