1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how WrkOS uses cookies and similar technologies on wrkos.com and the WrkOS web application (the "Site").
By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation to join one, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization ("Customer"), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. What Cookies Are
A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as local storage and session storage in your browser. In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of the above.
3. Cookies We Use
WrkOS uses a deliberately minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

We do not currently use analytics, performance, or marketing cookies on the Site.
4. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required to operate the Site — without them, you cannot sign in or use core features. These do not require prior consent under most laws.
5. Third-Party Cookies
The only third-party cookies on the Site are set by Stripe when you access billing or checkout flows, for payment processing, fraud prevention, and session integrity required by their payment-card-industry obligations. You can review Stripe's cookie practices at stripe.com.
6. Your Choices
Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave, and others all support this). Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and core functionality.
Sign out. Signing out of WrkOS clears session cookies on that device.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized; we do not currently respond to DNT. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — although because we do not run advertising or behavioral tracking, the practical effect is limited.
7. Mobile and API Access
WrkOS is currently delivered as a web application. API clients and headless integrations that do not run a browser do not receive cookies; they authenticate using API keys or bearer tokens issued from your workspace settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our cookie usage changes. The most recent version is always available at wrkos.com. Material changes affecting non-essential cookies will be notified via in-app banner.
